Monday, July 6, 2009

I know I have been MIA the last month or so as far as my blog, however I have been making the initial steps into my Information Security career. Apart from studying for and passing certain certifications last month (Cisco Certified Design Associate and Security Solutions for System Engineers) and now studying for GIAC GSEC, I have been actively searching for an joining local Information Security organizations. I believe becoming involved in the local community as well as the online community is essential for any career.
